Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team on all aspects of Private Client services, including renewal issues, midterm queries, and new business administration.
  • Evaluate and maintain adherence to agreed processes in all matters.
  • Manage aged debt and premium collections while ensuring compliance with management audits.
  • Offer a concierge service, providing an elevated customer experience through every interaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by establishing trust, identifying needs, offering expert advice, and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications via phone or email.
  • Take ownership for delivering accurate and high-quality work results.
  • Handle customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to meet monthly and yearly targets, while maintaining commercial relationships.
  • Coordinate with the compliance functions to ensure file records meet prescribed standards.

Person Specification
  • Prior experience in Open I & Relay.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Friendly and courteous phone manner.
  • Capacity to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Will to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Minimum APA qualification (or working towards).
