We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment, sourcing, and coordination services for a leading healthcare company.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Partner, you will be accountable for owning and managing a book of work, reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates, and partnering closely with local hiring leaders to fill positions.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and managing a book of work from creation to execution
- Reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position
- Managing a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods
- Conducting telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates
- Partnering closely with local hiring leaders to fill, update, and manage active positions
