**Job Description:**

Sfg & Ncc is seeking a highly skilled ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ICT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Oversee ALONE's ICT administration, focusing on services provided by 3rd Party service providers or Cloud services.
  • Triage and coordinate technical aspects of the ALONE environment when incidents or outages require engagement or support of our 3rd party ICT service providers and our business.
  • Administer and manage ticketing solutions, including ALONE CRM and those provided through our ICT partners.
  • Track and report on all ICT infrastructure assets, including end-of-life tagging for all ICT assets and audits of ICT assets to assist with annual budgeting and planning.
  • Support ALONE business functions in gathering requirements for projects and initiatives involving ICT systems and services.
  • Establish security requirements for new projects and application developments, manage security assessments and penetration tests, identifying threats, and work with our support partners and cloud service partners on steps to defend against them.
  • Develop and train staff on technical and service management practices and processes and on new technologies when appropriate.
  • Monitor performance and ensure ALONE systems are maintained according to requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of technical documentation, manuals, and ICT policies.
  • Manage the security awareness training program for staff and volunteers, helping the business understand security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
  • Work and support ALONE business with the development of appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery protocols and procedures.
