Main Tasks and Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with high and/or complex needs
- To develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
- To contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HIQA standards and regulations
A full driver's license is essential for this position.
