Electrical Manager Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the regional engineering team catering primarily for the EMEA market.

Key Role Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership in planning, executing, and delivering project design packages, ensuring adherence to specifications along with safety and quality standards.
- Identify how engineering can contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Determine which areas can be improved to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure alignment of design packages and standardization of product offerings to streamline design and manufacturing processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving issues that may arise during project execution to ensure smooth project delivery.
The role requires a driver of high standards, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of stakeholders. A good understanding of business operations and commercial viability is essential.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:- 3rd level qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong influencing skills to achieve business goals.
- Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
