We're on a mission to share the special ambience of Italian tradition in Dublin.

As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play an integral role in menu creation, ensuring speed and precision at the pass, and adhering to high standards.

  • Participate in the menu change process alongside senior chefs.
  • Deliver exceptional results by adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Take ownership of managing food costs and lead by example.

You'll also be responsible for training and supporting your team daily, building a strong squad, and planning, organizing, and leading the brigade with energy and precision.

Our offer includes a highly competitive salary, full-time role, two consecutive days off per week, 28 days paid holiday per year, pension scheme, permanent contract, meal on shift, employee discount, continuous trainings, team buildings, and career opportunities.
