  • Supporting individuals with Asperger's Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Brain Injury, and Mental Health issues
  • Safe administration and management of medication
  • Delivering effective frontline support to service users, including health assessments and medication plans
  • Liaising with primary healthcare services and the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and promoting person-centred planning

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Registered general nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of medication management
  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in social care
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
