Job Opportunity:

A highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer is required to shape and expand our QA strategy and tooling.

The role involves working on-site in Dublin City Centre, with the option of one day per week working from home.

To be successful in this role, a minimum of 7 years experience in QA Automation, ideally in data-rich environments, is necessary.

A proven background in data engineering or hands-on experience with large-scale data systems is essential.

A strong knowledge of QA Automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Karate, or similar is crucial.

Proficiency with scripting languages and automated test development is also required.

Experience working within Agile development methodologies and familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems are highly desirable.

Educational Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is necessary.

Working Hours & Benefits:

Persistent position based in Dublin City Centre.

Hybrid working model: four days onsite and one day remote per week.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or big data ecosystems is a plus.
  • Experience in investment management or financial services is advantageous.
  • Strong SQL and data querying skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with behaviour-driven development (BDD) practices is highly desirable.
