This role has been created to ensure the operational stability, resilience, and lifecycle management of enterprise storage and data protection infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining high availability and performance across a global IT estate.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain enterprise storage and backup systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise storage and data protection environments.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across global data centres.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to implement new solutions and maintain operational standards.
- Strong experience with enterprise storage and backup technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking, virtualisation, and data centre operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing hardware/software lifecycles and patching schedules.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
