Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Asset Manager to join our organization.

This is a senior-level role with broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing, as well as company asset and portfolio management operations.

  • Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organization.
  • Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Support multi-annual budgeting processes.
  • Manage credit control activities.
  • Review commercial proposals.
  • Oversight compliance reporting.
  • Support the wider leadership/executive team as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 3rd level degree (or above) qualified in business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS ideally.
  • 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.

This position is being offered as a permanent role with a competitive salary range depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid holidays, gym membership, pension scheme, bonus, expenses, life assurance, and permanent health insurance.

The role will be primarily office-based five days a week but with some flexibility for working from home depending on business needs.
