This pivotal position plays a crucial role in driving the regulatory strategy for safety-critical electronic products. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global regulatory compliance plan.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Define, implement, and maintain a global regulatory compliance framework that meets international standards and directives.">
  • Monitor emerging regulations and ensure the organization is compliant with CPR, RED, LVD, EMC, RoHS, WEEE, UKCA, UL, CE, BSI, and VdS.">
  • Provide guidance to R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams on compliance throughout the product lifecycle.">
  • Oversee product approvals and certifications for new and existing products.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Notified Bodies, regulatory authorities, and certification agencies.">
  • Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and assessments.">
  • Maintain robust documentation and ensure compliance is embedded within the organization's Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent).">
  • Support post-market surveillance, compliance monitoring, and recall processes if required.">
