We are seeking a seasoned Employment Law Solicitor to enhance our esteemed Employment team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value employment law matters for prominent employers with a clear pathway to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise across the full spectrum of employment issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters, corporate support, restructurings, investigations, and high-stakes disputes before the WRC and High Court.
- Represent clients before the WRC or courts, advise on complex HR issues, and support corporate transactions.
- A qualified solicitor with 57 years post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained in a well-regarded firm or in-house setting.
- Strong expertise across both contentious and advisory matters, including experience representing clients before the WRC or courts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The opportunity to work on complex, high-value employment law matters for some of Ireland's most prominent employers.
