We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of service availability and responsiveness.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A key aspect of this role is to foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, directors, and technology specialists.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams with current, hands-on expert knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Windows, VMware, virtualisation / Hosting, UNIX & on-prem cloud)
  • Expertise in supporting/managing technologies such as: Windows Server, infrastructure (SAN, Virtualization – Vmware), MS Exchange and content filtering technologies, enterprise level backup solutions (such as Commvault), monitoring (SolarWinds) and Citrix application delivery
  • Technical team management, ITIL standards and procedures
  • Change, release, problem, incident and capacity management experience
