Job Role: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

The Senior Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for providing 24/7 local infrastructure support across our Dublin office and remote EMEA sites. This includes managing the technology environment to align with our company's strategic vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, collaborating with global teams where necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to executives and clients in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor and enhance the technology landscape to ensure alignment with our company's goals.
  • Foster relationships with key suppliers, partners, and peers within our organization.
  • Manage the audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.
  • Maintain stock levels and lifecycle of end-user computing hardware.
  • Collaborate with senior management on issues impacting our EMEA business.
  • Leverage leadership skills to guide IT staff based in the Dublin office.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise in an infrastructure role.
  • Prior experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, including building fit-outs.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and client-serving skills are essential for providing top-notch technical support.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • A degree in a relevant IT field is desirable.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting online meeting tools.
