Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for deploying and running complex open source infrastructure stacks from bare metal to containers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team on a broad range of cloud technologies, including OpenStack, Kubernetes, and storage solutions. You will have the chance to gain experience in DevOps practices, identify and address incidents, monitor and observe applications, anticipate potential issues, and enable product refinement.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and run OpenStack, Kubernetes, storage solutions, and open source applications
  • Apply DevOps practices to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Monitor and observe applications to identify potential issues
  • Anticipate and address incidents to minimize impact
  • Enable product refinement through collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in software engineering or computer science
  • Python software development experience
  • Operational experience in Linux environments
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployment or operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with OpenStack deployment or operations
