Leadership Opportunity in Data Engineering

A key figure in the data engineering landscape is required to spearhead domain-centric teams of skilled professionals. Our comprehensive data platform underpins both customer and business success, and you will be responsible for guiding the teams that drive this impact every day.

You will empower our organization to engage more effectively with users so they can derive greater value from our products and services.

  • Recruit, retain, and develop a talented group of analytics and data engineers.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of new data assets and for enhancing and evolving existing ones.
  • Understand and communicate the teams' capacity and skills and align them to the strategic roadmap.
  • Align work items and priority with teams within the Data organization, such as separate business domains, data platform, and data governance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in engineering or leadership, and 3+ years working in data: data engineering, data analytics, or data science. Proficient in SQL; able to debug and optimize queries. Experience with Python tools for data engineering. Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
