Job Description">

As a Facilities and Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the effective functioning of the site.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Lead the maintenance team and coordinate activities to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility or campus are implemented consistently with company policies.">
  3. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and HSE teams to develop and deploy practices that optimize site facility infrastructure and minimize environmental impact.">
  4. Assign, coordinate, and supervise activities of maintenance unit personnel, including plant shutdown related activities.">
  5. Ensure sufficient preventive and corrective maintenance procedures are in place for safe operation of all infrastructure systems.">
  6. Monitor and report on PM related performance.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering or Business Administration.">
  • Minimum 8 years in Pharma or Med device industry required.">
  • Strong engineering and trouble shooting skills, with detailed knowledge of electrical standards.">
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, energy conservation knowledge, and ability to think strategically.">
  • Ability to work under pressure, coordinate numerous activities, and groups of people.">
