Healthcare Quality Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Quality Manager to join our team at UPMC. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality improvement initiatives that align with hospital goals and objectives
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement decisions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives, including audits and process improvements
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, quality improvement, or related field)
• 7 years of experience in a quality improvement or related role
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies, including lean and Six Sigma
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
