As a Quality Coordinator, you will join a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of our patients' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in collaboration with the General Manager, Director of Nursing, and Quality Manager to develop the hospital's quality improvement/quality assurance programme
  • Assisting in coordinating the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and HIQA compliance and licensing process
  • Ensuring application of a tracking method to monitor progress towards goals by collecting accurate, timely data to display the quality, cost, and service outcomes
