Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to work in a palliative care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dietetic care to patients and families, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition and a passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in assessing nutritional needs, developing personalized nutrition plans, and educating patients and families on healthy eating practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing nutritional needs of patients and developing individualized nutrition plans

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Dietetics or a related field
  • Registration as a Dietitian with the relevant professional body
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a palliative care environment
