Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multi-disciplined design-build teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes identifying and agreeing project objectives with stakeholders, developing strategies for achieving these objectives, and managing risks and contractual/commercial issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in a design consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, including NEC4
  • Familiarity with programming and earned value techniques
