We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Consultant to lead our cloud initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, coupled with a successful track record in implementing cloud solutions across different environments.

About the Role

This role involves designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based systems and services for clients, ensuring they meet business objectives and adhere to best practices.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, across various cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, M365 and VMware)
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints, providing strategic cloud adoption and migration advice
  • Developing and documenting cloud architecture frameworks and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Conducting cloud readiness assessments and designing tailored cloud migration strategies
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
