Fine Dining Operations Manager


This is a senior leadership role that oversees the daily operations of a high-end hotel restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while leading, inspiring, and supporting their team to uphold the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and computer skills.
  • Management soft skills, leadership, and delegation skills.
