Workshop Operations Manager

The role of a Workshop Operations Manager is to oversee and develop the workshop operations, ensuring maximum utilization and quality.

About the Role:
  • Manage workshop operations to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies for workshop development and improvement
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control service and repair work to maximize sales and profitability
  • Operate the planner and load work efficiently for technicians
  • Drive workshop hours and efficiency to increase profitability
  • Ensure first-time resolution for every repair
  • Communicate with customers and Service Advisers to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong technical knowledge and previous experience in a similar or technical role
  • People management experience and excellent communication skills
  • Qualified Technician/Mechanic with certificates desirable
  • IT literate and self-motivating with excellent interpersonal skills
