Sales Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
- Ensure seamless execution of daily tasks, including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in outdoor/bikes, nursery, or gaming areas.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.
