Peak Season Sales Associate Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team during the peak season. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the success of our seasonal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, greeting and welcoming customers, and responding to their queries and feedback.
  • Offer product advice and recommendations to customers, promoting our beauty products and services.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage customer interactions, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is an asset but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for beauty products and skincare.
  • Flexible availability and a willingness to work a variety of shifts.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a growth mindset.
