The season is upon us, and we need enthusiastic team members to fill full and part time roles across our stores, distribution centre and customer services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management in protecting cash assets and maintaining strong retail audit trails.
  • Reconcile and process cash office transactions, producing key reports and performing audit checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a fast-paced store runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing change to internal customers
  • Reconciling change float
  • Processing documentation from audit bags
  • Compliance checks on POS transactions and refunds
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Reconciling office balances
  • Processing lodgements
  • Internal queries from floor team members regarding POS issues
  • External queries from customers
  • PED checks
  • Filing documentation and administration
Requirements
  • Attention to detail with strong numerical analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations)
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Flexible approach with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
