Christmas Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team this holiday season. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and manage relationships across all areas of the business. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to accurately record and manage customer cases from start to finish within set timeframes.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively, aiming for first-time resolution, and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage loyalty card programs and conduct online order reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Promote and support adoption of our customer app.
