Job Description

A unique opportunity exists to join a multinational hospitality platform as a Senior Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.

  • Provide end-to-end support to customers experiencing issues with their reservations.
  • Take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while fostering strong relationships with users.
  • Work autonomously, assessing cases and finding solutions that meet both host and user needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience using phone, messaging, or live chat to interact with users/customers.
  • Ability to work weekend days and public holidays, as well as early morning/evening shifts.
