Position type: Seasonal Retail Associate (Full-Time) for the holiday season (September – January).

What You'll Do
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to the store's results.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
  • Provide a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to KPIs and selling metrics by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.
  • Assist in store upkeep: maintain physical standards, organize the stockroom, process inbound/outbound shipments, and replenish the sales floor to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnerships.
  • Accurately and efficiently use point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in line with Canada Goose standards and procedures.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Let's Talk About You
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
  • Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
  • Open availability to work Fridays through Sundays and all holidays, with flexibility for retail hours including evenings.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, with strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills; able to seek guidance when needed.
  • Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
