Overview

Seasonal Retail Associate (Part-Time) at Canada Goose for the holiday season (September – January) in Dublin. This role offers an opportunity to bring your passion for customer service and experience the warmth of Canadian hospitality.

What You'll Do
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving the store's results.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist in driving KPIs and selling metrics—such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction—through the introduction of new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.
  • Support overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, processing inbound and outbound shipments, and replenishing the sales floor to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership.
  • Accurately and efficiently use point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
Let's Talk About You
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
  • Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
  • Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills; able to seek guidance when needed.
  • Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
