We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the operational and financial aspects of our food and beverage department.

This role emphasizes guest service, team training, and daily operational leadership. Key responsibilities include supervising all food and beverage outlets in the hotel to the highest standards, supporting and supervising hotel events to ensure exceptional service, greeting guests warmly and maintaining excellent service throughout their stay, and ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages meeting quality standards.

• Supervise food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
• Support event operations to ensure seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sales Manager on promotions and menus to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experience.
• Lead and direct service in all food and beverage outlets to achieve operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology systems, including point-of-sale and property management software.
