A passionate driver is sought to join a dynamic roadside assistance team in Limerick. This key role requires strong mechanical knowledge, a clean Category C and CE driving licence, and valid CPC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and safety-conscious, with flexibility to work 40 hours per week across a 7-day schedule, including overtime during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess roadside breakdown situations and coordinate appropriate recovery solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to high standards
  • Communicate effectively with the operations team using company systems
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and promptly

The successful candidate will also support junior staff or new team members through informal mentoring or on-the-job guidance, and attend regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards and equipment.
