Job Description

The Beverage Department Leader will be responsible for the overall management of our beverage outlets, including the Sheen Bar, Sun lounge, Library, Drawing room, patio, Stables Bar, Stables Terrace, Study, WPS, outdoor areas, Villas, and cottages.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality beverages.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, manage stock levels, and ensure effective supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide cohesive and excellent guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and cocktail preparation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
