Corporate Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Your ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions will be essential in supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales, and investment and shareholders agreements
  • Corporate structuring, inward investment, and commercial contracts
  • Commercial law arrangements including master services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, distribution and agency agreements
