Job Title: Senior Nursing Care Professional

We are currently hiring for a talented Registered Nurse to join our team as a senior nursing care professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare facility.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. As a senior nursing care professional, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice within our facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all patients receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and quality improvement within our facility.

Requirements:
- Registration on the Irish live register (NMBI) and active PIN.
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written) and eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- 1 year relative experience in a similar role.
