Mental Health Hospital Leader

Our hospital seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our Mental Health Day Hospital team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality nursing care and managing nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained, adhering to professional codes and standards.
- Develop and manage nursing staff to optimize the delivery of patient care services.
- Promote collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and engage with key stakeholders to maintain excellence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, demonstrating leadership potential.
- Requirements:
- A registered mental health nurse with current registration or eligibility to register with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- No less than 5 years' experience as a registered mental health nurse in an acute hospital setting or relevant clinical area.
- Demonstrated management experience, including continuous professional development.
- Working knowledge of clinical risk assessment and healthcare patient record systems.
