Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Engineer III to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, with experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
  • Supervise and train technicians and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of product design, manufacture, and assembly techniques.
  • Estimate resource requirements and workload assignment for manufacturing processes.
  • Manage the manufacturing site selection process based on evaluation of internal sites, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of industrial experience in process development, preferably in medical device or regulated FDA/QSR and ISO environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical aptitude with knowledge of cGMP and GLP.
  • Working knowledge of DOE and statistical methods.
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and write reports.
  • Basic tooling, design, and drafting knowledge.
  • Training in Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma.
  • Experience in design and technology transfers.
  • Process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) experience is a distinct advantage.
