Senior Social Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Social Care Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of social care professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Developing and implementing effective care strategies that meet the needs of service users
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports
You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with some flexibility. A minimum of 7 years experience in health or social care is required, including at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. Proficiency in IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams, is also essential.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care
- At least 2 years leadership experience at a similar level of responsibility
- At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
- Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams
- A full driver's license is an essential requirement
