Senior Data Scientist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Data & AI team in Galway. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to drive business growth.

You will take responsibility for translating complex data into actionable insights and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, and expertise with SQL.
  • A proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • A deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data infrastructure tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and a history of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is highly valued.
