About the Role

The Corporate Tax Manager will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will also coordinate service delivery across departments for seamless client support and ensure timely corporate tax compliance, including payment and return filing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Coordinate service delivery across departments for seamless client support
  • Ensure timely corporate tax compliance, including payment and return filing
  • Provide strategic tax advice on business structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation
  • Achieve individual and team financial targets, including billing and cash collection
  • Contribute to and lead internal and peer training initiatives
  • Support business development and marketing efforts at multiple organisational levels
  • Oversee staff development and enhance internal review processes

Requirements

  • Qualifications include AITI-qualified and a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and tax consultancy, especially with large corporates
  • Deep understanding of Irish Tax legislation, case law, and technical commentary
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and supervise multiple assignments
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving tax regulations
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant systems
