Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, providing training and supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflows and client relationships
  • Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Act as primary contact for clients and other stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors, banks, brokers, and auditors
  • Develop and maintain targets for staffing, production, and productivity
  • Ensure staff are trained and conduct performance evaluations
  • Meet expectations of fund participants and adhere to deadlines
  • Assist auditors and other stakeholders
  • Participate in presentations and projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified with accounting qualification
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in hedge fund accounting
  • Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting
  • Proven management skills
  • Strong risk knowledge
