Leading a high-profile housing project in Dublin requires exceptional leadership and technical skills. We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the programme. This includes monitoring productivity and quality on-site, providing regular updates and reports to the Site Manager and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the site
  • Monitor productivity and quality on-site
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
  • Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate site diary
  • Promote a safety-first culture

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Foreperson or Site Supervisor role
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve problems on-site, and maintain workflow under pressure

You should also have a background with a main contractor or large subcontractor, and be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in leading high-profile projects.
