Senior Leadership Role

The CEO will report regularly to the Board on performance, opportunities, and risks.

Sales Leadership & Growth

Drive revenue growth by engaging in business development and key customer relationships.

Represent the company externally at industry events and with regulatory bodies.

Built strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Operational Oversight

Oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse team, including office support, sales, and service functions.

Ensure excellent customer service and reliable product delivery and support.

People & Culture

Lead by example in creating a culture of trust, mutual respect, ownership, and accountability.

Empower and develop the team, ensuring every member feels valued and aligned with company goals.

Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with proven experience in senior leadership roles, ideally as Managing Director, General Manager, or CEO in a related industry.

Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the laboratory supplies sector or wider life sciences industry are essential.
