Job Description:
The Customer Excellence & Medical Solution role combines scientific knowledge and communication expertise to deliver relevant medical content. It involves providing timely, professional, and quality responses to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from customers, aligning to standards, and focusing on customer experience. The role also includes documenting customer interactions, creating answers based on customer expertise, and serving as an essential link between Lilly's products and services and our customers.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include enquiries management, create, promote, and maintain operational excellence, compliance, partnership, and minimum qualification requirements. Enquiries management involves handling calls requesting product information, identifying queries containing adverse events or product quality complaints, and accurately recording all medical and pharmaceutical communication transactions into databases. Create, promote, and maintain operational excellence involves sharing effective methods and practices with colleagues, maintaining and enhancing Lilly product and organizational knowledge, and supporting organizational changes and flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability for the front line. Compliance involves integrating compliance into daily activities, complying with corrective and preventive actions, cooperating with investigations, monitoring, and audits, and ensuring adverse event and product complaints are processed within timelines and procedures. Partnership involves identifying and building strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders and liaising with partners to support business operations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, diploma, medical or pharmaceutical technical assistant, or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, nutritional specialists, or a related discipline. Business experience such as medical sales representative will also be considered. Swedish fluency is required. Educational/work background in a health care, medical affairs, clinical development, scientific or medical communications field is preferred to understand national health care systems and organizational hierarchies.
