Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to progress their career in a dynamic pharmaceutical industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
- Interface with client teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct thorough cost and risk analysis, reviewing incoming correspondence to identify critical items and initiate timely responses
- Provide project costing, margin and cashflow reports to stakeholders
- Agree costs with clients and provide monthly valuations and certifications
- Relevant degree qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the mechanical or electrical sectors
- Proven working knowledge of current contract law and regulations
