Senior Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced commercial management professional to lead our team and oversee multiple large-scale projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and cost management to join our organization and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects
- Leading and mentoring a team of professionals while collaborating with senior management
- Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met
- Providing commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership
- Driving commercial strategy and being at the centre of decision making
- Identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years experience in commercial roles within the construction industry
- Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC)
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
