Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations in Ireland and support the strategic expansion of our local presence.

This is a senior leadership position that sits on the management team and plays a central role in shaping and executing the commercial direction of the business.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of customer projects to maximize profitability and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration and business continuity.
  • Support sales initiatives through effective pricing strategies, promotional planning, and customer engagement.
  • Use performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate across departments to ensure cohesive delivery of services.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members, including department heads, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to the implementation of health and safety standards across the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in a senior commercial or operations management role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial agreements and operations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in commercial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
