What You Will Do
As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in executing and shaping our business development efforts. This newly created role is ideal for someone who brings experience but wants ownership, autonomy, and influence in how we grow.
What We Need
We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years' experience in a business development, client relationship, or sales support role, preferably within professional services, financial services, or consulting.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn for prospecting, comfortable working independently and handling competing priorities, ambitious and commercially aware with a genuine interest in strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support BD leadership in managing and progressing our US and EMEA pipeline, own CRM upkeep and ensure client/prospect records are accurate and actionable, schedule and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events across time zones.
Prepare client-facing presentations and assist in proposal generation, conduct prospect and industry research to support targeting and positioning, collaborate on campaigns, thought leadership, and event participation, track activity metrics and suggest insights for optimisation.
