We are seeking a skilled Lead Project Strategist to drive our project initiatives forward. This role will be responsible for defining project scope, creating detailed roadmaps, and securing stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
  • Assign responsibilities, set goals, and maintain project momentum to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Orchestrate complex project workflows, ensuring effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • DISTILL complex project information into clear, concise status updates for executive leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure successful user adoption.
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of IT architecture principles and SAP integrations.
  • Proven experience managing global, onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methods.
